- Assist prospects with insurance inquiries.
- Meet daily sales activity goals.
- Meet monthly sales quota.
- Develop sales opportunities.
- Process applications.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain client records and update databases.
- Support sales and marketing efforts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance products and processes is a plus.
- Experience working independently in a remote capacity.
- Must be open to working sales leads on the weekends and evenings.
- Hourly salary PLUS commission on sales made by quota
- Must have licenses OR be able to obtain them within 30 days of employment offer
